Terms of Service
Last updated: 10 July 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Caregiver. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. Please read the safety note carefully: Caregiver is a coordination tool, not medical advice.
1. Who provides Caregiver
Caregiver (caregiverapp.online) is operated by Petros Chatzianastasiou, an individual based in Greece. Contact: hello@caregiverapp.online.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. What you can and can't do
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, don't:
- upload unlawful content, or data about someone you have no right to record or share;
- attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service;
- use it to provide professional medical services to third parties as if it were a certified medical system;
- resell or misrepresent the Service.
4. Content you enter
You keep ownership of the information you enter. You grant us the limited permission needed to store and display it to the household members you invite, in order to provide the Service. Everyone in a household can see that household's information — only invite people you trust with it.
5. Plans, billing and cancellation
- Caregiver offers a free plan and paid plans (Plus, Family, Pro, Pro+). Prices are shown in the app and on our home page and are in EUR.
- Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe. They renew automatically until cancelled.
- You can cancel anytime from Settings → Manage subscription; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
- EU right of withdrawal: as the Service is supplied digitally and access begins immediately with your consent, the statutory 14-day withdrawal right may not apply once the plan is active. Nothing here limits your mandatory consumer rights.
- Discount and comp codes are offered at our discretion, may be limited or withdrawn, and have no cash value.
- We may change prices; changes won't affect the period you've already paid for and we'll give reasonable notice.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep Caregiver available and improve it, but we provide it “as is” and may add, change or remove features. We may suspend the Service for maintenance or to protect users.
7. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that reminders will always be delivered on time or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free — do not rely on it as the sole safeguard for critical medication.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Caregiver and its operator will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for harm arising from care decisions, missed reminders, or inaccurate information you or others entered. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (for example for death or personal injury caused by negligence). Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Termination
You can stop using Caregiver and delete your account at any time (Settings → Account → Delete account). We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or misuse the Service.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Greece and the European Union, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Greece, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. We'll update the “last updated” date and, for significant changes, notify you in the app. Continuing to use Caregiver after a change means you accept the updated terms.
